DELIVERY AND DISTRIBUTION
QUESTION:
You are in South Africa and I am in Alaska. Is it feasible to order
directly from you and how long does it take to get to me?
ANSWER:
We ship our bullets to 18 countries worldwide and have sent many to Alaska already.
Given time, we will have distributors in Canada, all of Europe and Scandinavia as well. Watch the
Dealers section of our
website for details. If there is no one near you to contact, simply place your order on our website and we will
take it from there.
After placing an order on the website, you will receive a confirmation with the price in South African Rand, including shipping. This Rand price will be reflected on your bank statement in your home currency. We will also give an approximate shipping date if we are out of stock of the products you want. Payment is only required once we are ready to ship and you can pay by credit card or with a wire transfer. Regrettably, it is too expensive to process foreign checks and it can also take up to three months to complete.
Credit card payments can only be done by the card holder. Legislation governing the International transfer of money has changed much recently. We can no longer accept credit card details for processing ourselves as card transactions must be done by the cardholder personally. Please do not e-mail us your credit card details. This is a security risk. The secure site on which you will do the transaction has the highest encryption and is, in fact, safer than using your credit card for an over the counter sale.
You have the choice of Airmail or Parcel Post and delivery times vary wildly, depending on where you are situated and what time of year it is. Consult your local postal authority for approximate transit times. We have tried to guess at delivery times from our end and usually wind up wrong. Should a shipment be lost in transit, we will do everything within our ability to assist in the tracing of the parcel. If the parcel is confirmed as lost by the shipper, we will reship the order at no additional cost to the purchaser.
